To place real-money bets, you must first deposit funds into your cx7bet account using an accepted payment method. Odds for sports markets are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled, subject to any applicable rules regarding in-play markets.
A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement, manifestly incorrect odds, system errors or force majeure events. Void bets are returned to the User's account balance at the original staked amount.

The cx7bet name, logo and domain are proprietary brand identifiers. Unauthorised use of these identifiers — including impersonation, mirror sites or phishing — is strictly prohibited and may be pursued through available legal channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx7bet, its directors, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, cx7bet will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completed KYC.
cx7bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, failure to pass KYC verification, provision of false information, prohibited conduct as described in Section 10, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Upon termination of an account — whether at your request or by cx7bet — all active bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable betting rules. Real-money balance (if any) will be returned subject to completed KYC and AML checks. Bonus funds, promotional credits and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon closure in cases involving breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cx7bet holds its applicable operating license.
